How To Tie Your Belt

STEP 1
Start by finding the centre of your belt and holding this point.
STEP 2
Place the centre of the belt in the middle of your body, while holding each side as displayed in the picture.
STEP 3
Pass both sides around your body so that they cross over at the back. At this point you will need to switch hands.
STEP 4
As you start to pass each side of the belt to the front, you must make sure that the left side is under the part of the belt which is already there.
STEP 5
As you bring both sides to the front, you can see that one side of the belt is over the other section of belt while the other side is traveling under a section of belt.
STEP 6
When you bring the belt to the front, cross both pieces of belt over each other making sure that the right piece of belt is crossing over the left
STEP 7
Now take the top length of belt in your hand and pass this piece of belt from the bottom up, under all of the belt lengths
STEP 8
Once you have threaded the belt under all the other sections of belt, you should be able to pull this section upwards to tighten the belt around your waist.
STEP 9
Keeping the section you just pulled up in your hand, take hold of the other length and cross it over the front of your body.
STEP 10
Now take the length which you pulled up and cross it downwards over the length of belt which you passed across your body.
STEP 11
With the same length of belt which you crossed downwards, thread it through the hole created by crossing the two belts from underneath.
STEP 12
Now you can pull both ends of your belt to tighten the knot.
STEP 13
If your belt now looks like this, you have successfully tied your belt. Now you should make sure that both ends of the belt are of equal length.

If you require extra assistance please ask a senior at training.
